We are spiritual beings in a body – and the body is largely controlled by the nervous system.

Sympathetic & parasympathetic nervous system – the two players of the autonomic nervous system.

The parasympathetic nervous system, responsible for relaxation, values, digestion, sleep and the heart, among other things, contributes a great deal to our state of health.

Stress, too much thinking, PC work, etc. activates the sympathetic nervous system, most of the energy is in the head/neck area, the body is often under tension. Sometimes you can no longer feel it, as there is constant tension.

In this state, healthy, authentic well-being, clear action, the unfolding of soul consciousness, receiving laughter, liveliness and much more – is only possible with difficulty.
